[Greendrinks-announce] Green Drinks is back

Greetings.

We've got something for you to add to your calendar!

The Green Drinks group of Ames will be meeting once again this
Thursday, April 9th at 6:30pm, at the Olde Main Brewing Company.
That's two weeks from today. We're giving you advance notice so you
can plan to be there, and also to give you time to think some things
over.

Our founder, Danielle, is moving on to "greener pastures." Jeff Hall
and I have decided to take the torch and keep running. This will be an
organizational meeting: we'll be discussing when we should meet, where
it should be and, most importantly, what Green Drinks should do. Ames
is full of interesting people who care about the environment, and
having a place for us to meet each other, stay in touch, and have a
good time is important. We seek your ideas to help create something
fantastic. Please consider attending. If you are unable to attend,
please take a few minutes to tell us your thoughts on how to move
forward.
